A veterinary doctor specializing in Houbara and wildlife animals, with over 19 years of experience. He has extensive experience in breeding management, biosecurity protocols, health management, and feasibility studies for wildlife projects, specifically in Houbara Bustard species. He worked in various countries, including Russia, UAE, Qatar, and Jordan, and have held positions such as consultant, Houbara expert, project manager, and wildlife veterinary surgeon
Dr. Mudassar Malik
Highly Experienced Veterinarian specializing in Avian and Wildlife Care.
With over 15 years of experience in veterinary care, Dr. Mudassar has expertise in clinical medicine, surgery, and captive breeding for various species, including falcons, avian, wildlife, small animals, and exotics. Proven track record of managing large-scale breeding operations, veterinary clinics, and conservation projects across the UAE, Qatar, and Pakistan.Team Members

Noman Abdl Kirrem Kpoore Gabeer is an accomplished environmental specialist with over 20 years of experience in wildlife conservation, protected area management, and community-based conservation.
Highly skilled in developing management plans for protected areas, leading multi-sector teams, and strengthening community engagement frameworks.
Experienced in collaborating with government agencies, NGOs, and international organizations to design and implement sustainable conservation strategies.
Areas of proficiency include wildlife conservation & management, ecosystem assessment & restoration, environmental policy & strategic planning, project management, and sustainability & natural resource governance.
Dr. Derar Bani Mfarej
Dr. Derar Bani Mafrej is an experienced veterinarian with over 12 years of specialized work in avian medicine, wildlife conservation, and poultry health. His expertise spans the medical care and breeding of Houbara bustards, falcons, and commercial poultry, including surgical procedures, diagnostic imaging, artificial insemination, and laboratory management. He has held key roles at institutions such as the Emirates Center for Bird Breeding and Conservation, the National Poultry Company—where he implemented ISO 9001 and HACCP standards. Dedicated to animal welfare and quality assurance, he has completed advanced training in food safety, biosecurity, and microbiology.
